LMH director resigns to go it alone

Maggi Howard, director of assets at Liverpool Mutual Homes, is due to leave the organisation at the end of December to establish her own chartered surveying consultancy, called Gilkes & Co.

Howard has been at LMH since 2011 and helped deliver a major programme of improvement works, helping create modern homes and neighbourhoods for LMH residents.

LMH is Liverpool City Council's affordable housing delivery partner and claims the largest Homes & Communities Agency allocation outside London.

Gilkes & Co is due to launch in the New Year, specialising in advising clients on asset management, development and regeneration including development, housing delivery, asset management and maintenance strategy and performance services.

No replacement has been appointed yet by LMH.
