Livingcity wins management job for No 1 Deansgate
Livingcity Group, the Manchester-based property manager, has been appointed managing agent for No 1 Deansgate.
The 12-storey glass block in Manchester city centre houses upmarket apartments as well as retail units on the ground floor.
Livingcity said it will provide a management service for the 83 flats and the five commercial units, including maintenance of communal areas and the employment of site-based staff.
The contract was awarded by CB Richard Ellis Global Investors – fund managers to the building's owners.
