Liverpool ONE signs Urban Decay
Grosvenor Europe has today announced that Urban Decay, the cosmetics brand founded in California 20 years ago, is opening its first boutique in Liverpool with a 1,000 sq ft store located on the corner of Paradise Street and Peter’s Lane.
Urban Decay will open in time for Christmas. The news follows the announcement that Jack Wolfskin, Lindt, Smiggle and Cosy Club are also opening stores on Paradise Street. Together with Urban Decay, 20 new brands have committed to Liverpool ONE so far this year.
Miles Dunnett from Grosvenor Europe said: “Urban Decay is another great addition to Liverpool ONE’s line-up of leading international brands. Their arrival is a reflection of our ongoing strategy to identify and secure the very best retailers and restaurants, and also reaffirms Liverpool ONE’s position as one of the most in-demand destinations in the UK.”
Isabel Malbois, general manager of Urban Decay UK & Ireland, added: “Liverpool ladies are known for their love of makeup and have been incredibly loyal to the Urban Decay brand over the years. We are absolutely delighted to announce the opening of the ultimate destination for beauty junkies in the very heart of Liverpool. The Urban Decay boutique in Liverpool will represent everything the UD brand is known for: feminine, a little dangerous and a lot of fun.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors acted for Liverpool ONE.
