King Sturge promotes ten in Manchester
Richard Wharton has been promoted to partner within King Sturge's office agency team based in One Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester.
Wharton, who was a senior associate prior to his new role, joined King Sturge five years ago after previously working at Robert Pinkus & Co in Preston.
He currently works on schemes including Birchwood Park in Warrington on behalf of the Marine Environment Protection Committee, Churchgate House in Manchester for CBRE Investors, and 80 Mosley Street in Manchester and The Parks in Haydock for Bilsdale Properties.
King Sturge has made a number of promotions in Manchester in July including Gayle Taylor, who has been promoted to partner within its building consultancy team. She has been based at King Sturge since 2003.
Richard Mansell, as senior associate, Jonathan Wiedemann, associate, and Richard Foster, senior surveyor, have also been promoted within the building consultancy team.
Elsewhere, Steve De Freitas has been promoted to senior associate within the plant and machinery team, while Greg Ball and Gemma Grant have been made associates, within the office agency and management teams respectively.
Claire Wooldridge in the consultancy team and Lee Watts in King Sturge's valuation team have also both been promoted to senior surveyor positions in Manchester.
King Sturge has offices in One Piccadilly Gardens, Deansgate, and High Street in the Northern Quarter, Manchester.
