Integritas rounds off first phase of £41.5m Bastion Point
The developer’s largest residential project to date provides 67 one- or two-bedroom apartments across seven storeys in Liverpool city centre. All the apartments have been sold, at an average price of £170,000.
Mitchell Walsh, chief executive of Liverpool-based Integritas Property Group, said: “As we hand over Bastion Point, we’re thrilled to see our vision come to life; this development isn’t just about creating homes, it’s about enhancing Liverpool’s residential landscape with spaces that add value and foster a sense of community.
“With communal areas designed for relaxation and socialising, and our unique sky gardens that offer a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle, Bastion Point is testament to the collaboration of talented individuals and trusted partners who share our vision.”
Planning permission for Bastion Point was secured in 2019 by developer Limekiln, which sold the site to Integritas in 2022.
The wider £41.5m Bastion Point scheme will see 240 homes built off Naylor Street in Pumpfields.
Central Point is the project’s 69-home second phase. Work on the eight-storey block began in September 2022 and is in line to complete in Q2 2025.
Well good luck with the 2nd phase, hope they work a bit faster than phase One.

Pumpfields area…. love that we are just making names up now for areas that have previously been Vauxhall to my knowledge.

Yes Pumpfields, such a silly name when Vauxhall is the area, it’s like the Ropewalks no one calls it that as it’s Duke St.
The reason Baltic has caught on is because of the Baltic Fleet pub.
