Integritas starts second phase of 240-home Liverpool scheme

With groundworks beginning on the eight-storey Central Point, the first two phases of the Bastion development are set to be complete by the end of 2024.

Central Point is the second phase of developer Integritas Property Group’s four-phase project and comprises 69 one- and two-bed apartments. Van Elle and Melbrooke Services have begun enabling works on the site, which sits off Naylor Street in Liverpool’s Pumpfields neighbourhood.

Abrey Construction is the main contractor for the project, which has an estimated completion date of the final quarter of 2024.

Abrey is also the main contractor for the seven-storey first phase, known as Bastion Point. Bastion Point consists of 67 apartments, which have all been sold. The building is set to complete in the third quarter of 2023.

When all four phases of the Bastion scheme are finished, there will be 240 new apartments. The entire project is valued at £41.5m according to Integritas.

Bastion was designed by Smith Young Architects, with Snow Architects brought on as delivery architect. The entire project includes a landscaped communal garden and spaces for cafes, shops and other leisure activities.

Planning permission for Bastion was secured in 2019 by developer Limekiln. Limekiln went on to sell the site to Integritas in January of this year.

The project’s planning application reference number with Liverpool City Council is 18F/1035.
