Insurance adviser inks Royal Liver Building relocation
Pro Global will move from flexible space at Exchange Flags to 4,600 sq ft within the grade one-listed Liverpool gem.
The firm, which provides advice to the specialist insurance sector, has signed a three-year lease at Princes Group’s Royal Liver Building.
Princes acquired the building, one of the city’s Three Graces, for £60m last year. The Pro Global deal is the largest letting since Princes’ purchase and will allow the company to expand across its claims, audit, and legal services divisions.
Steve Lewis, chief executive of Pro Global, said: “Liverpool has become an increasingly important part of our UK operation, providing access to high-quality talent and a strong professional services market.
“Securing space in the Royal Liver Building reflects both our confidence in the city and our long-term growth plans. This move gives us the capacity to continue expanding our teams and delivering the specialist support our clients need.”
CBRE advised the landlord and Adept Commercial Property acted for Pro Global.
Andrew Byrne, director at CBRE, added: “We are pleased to welcome a leading insurance advisory firm to the iconic Royal Liver Building.
“Pro Global complements a strong and growing occupier base in the building that includes Grant Thornton, Intellica, Evelyn Partners, Barnett Waddingham and Mott MacDonald. We look forward to welcoming the team.”
