ING signs last two at Merlin Park

ING Real Estate has sold the last two remaining industrial units at Merlin Park in Trafford Park.

Pump Supply & Repair has acquired a 30,000 sq ft unit and a 34,000 sq ft unit was sold to a private company. ING achieved £53/sq ft.

Merlin Park is situated on Barton Dock Road and is a 30-acre development providing approximately 600,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation and is home to a number of occupiers including TDG and UTI Logistics.

Simon Hampson, of WHR Property Consultants, which acted on behalf of ING Real Estate, said: "Merlin Park has proved to be a highly successful scheme appealing to occupiers not only because of its location but also because of our ability to accommodate requirements and agree deals quickly."
