Industrious signs Help the Aged to Hardwick Grange

Industrious Asset Management has announced the letting of a 41,726 sq ft unit in Hardwick Grange, Warrington, to Help the Aged.

Help The Aged has taken the unit on a 10-year lease at a rent equating to £4/sq ft.

Tony O'Keefe, director of DTZ, letting agent, said: "Once again the willingness of IAM to react to tenant's specific occupier requirements was critical in securing this deal in an increasingly difficult market."
