Indigo recruits graduate
Independent town planning consultancy Indigo Planning has recruited a new graduate for its Manchester office.
James Litherland is currently completing a master of civic design in town and regional planning at Liverpool University, where he previously studied for a BA in geography, graduating with first-class honours.
Litherland has also worked as a voluntary planning assistant for David Wilson Homes North West and as a voluntary housing and regeneration assistant at Arena Housing Group, gaining experience of submitting applications, assisting with public consultations, evaluating public opinions on new planning proposals and attending meetings with community leaders, groups and associations.
Doug Hann, Indigo Planning director, said: "James has already shown his commitment to planning and public consultation through voluntary work in the housing sector, and will make a great addition to our growing Manchester team."
