Hill Quays in Castlefield fully let

Hill Property Developments has announced its mixed-use development Hill Quays in Commercial Street, Castlefield, is fully let.
The ground floor of the development provides eight commercial units totalling 23,605 sq ft. All of the office accommodation has been purchased at levels around £275/sq ft.
The final block of the development was carved into three small commercial units, with the final 247 sq ft unit being purchased by Keppie Massie.
CTP, Fletcher Architects, Hugh Potter Solicitors and Select Recruitment all occupy Hill Quays.
DTZ advised Hill Property Developments on the final sale.
