Henry Boot sells Wirral retail scheme

Henry Boot Developments has sold the 37,000 sq ft Tebay Retail Park in Bromborough to private clients of Stephenson Day.
The recently completed Wirral scheme was sold along with a 25,000 sq ft PC World at Clifton Moor Retail park in York for a combined £8.4m.
Henry Boot also sold a 190,000 sq ft warehouse let to Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors in Stoke on Trent to the Ormiston Trust for £10.5m.
BNP Paribas Real Estate and King Sturge acted for Henry Boot.
