Gleeson brings forward third Granby development

Gleeson Homes begins construction on Thursday of a £7m social housing development in Granby, Liverpool.

Cawdor Park will comprise 65 two- and three-bedroom homes on a cleared site off Ponsonby Street.

The development is Gleeson's third development in this part of Liverpool following the completion of homes at Clevedon Park and Northumberland Square.

Prices for houses in Cawdor Park start at £89,995.
