GIA hires from Malcolm Hollis

Michael Beatty has joined the consultant’s Manchester office on Commercial Street as an associate partner.

Beatty, pictured above, joins from Malcolm Hollis, where he spent eight years and rose to the position of associate. He specialises in rights to light, and brings GIA’s Manchester office up to 10 staff. The company opened its office in the city in 2016, and also has sites in London and Belfast.

GIA has also promoted Joe Bradbury, who leads the building surveying team, to partner. He leads on dilapidations, contract administration and pre-acquisition services across the North.

Sam Wallis, managing partner at GIA said: “we are all really excited that Mike has joined us in Manchester.  I have previously worked with Mike, and so I trust and value his expertise.  He will help us to continue to deliver commercial and timely specialist advice to our existing clients, as well as broadening our presence to increase our push into other regional cities”.
