GBA Importers buys Bay Leaf for new HQ

A 2.8-acre development site in Tarleton, West Lancashire, has been purchased by GBA Importers for a headquarter office development at an undisclosed sum.

The former Bay Leaf Indian Restaurant on Liverpool Road is owned by a national pub operator. The guide price for the site was £500,000.

Mike Redshaw, director of Nolan Redshaw who advised on the sale, said: "The site is in a particularly high profile location within West Lancashire, between Preston and Southport and we would expect it will prove to be a very successful office development."
