Gardiner joins LSH as director
Office agent Andrew Gardiner has been appointed as a director in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Manchester office, moving from TSG Property Consultants, which he set up with Trevor Sloan in 2011.
Gardiner’s previous roles included senior positions at both JLL and DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked with clients including Bruntwood, Muse Developments, Hermes and Appsense.
He has worked in Manchester for more than 20 years, and is also the chair of the Office Agents Society for the North West.
He has taken a newly-created position in Lambert Smith Hampton’s office agency, and will drive acquisition and disposal activity across the North West, with a particular focus on the Manchester city centre market.
Trevor Sloan will continue to operate TSG, based out of Manchester Royal Exchange.
Stephen Proudley, head of North West transactional agency at LSH said: “After a period of real investment and growth in the capital markets team, we’re now focused on strengthening the office agency team further. Andrew is a seasoned player in the Manchester city centre market and a strong addition to our well-established team.”
Gardiner said: “Lambert Smith Hampton has a long-standing and stellar reputation in office agency and I’m keen to bring my experience and contacts to bear on the role. The Manchester market is ripe for further growth.”
