GALLERY I Aztec delivers for Avenue HQ

Fit-out business Aztec Interiors has delivered the £1m fit-out of co-working and meeting space Avenue HQ at Liverpool’s Mann Island.

The facility, which occupies 16,000 sq ft in the Latitude building, was delivered to Avenue entrepreneurs Karl Connolly and Matthew Kennedy at the end of June. Aztec worked with Day Architecture on the project, which took 16 weeks to complete.

Aztec provided all infrastructure and building works, M&E, interior design, furniture and branding, with its joinery workshop providing bespoke furniture, including an Avenue HQ branded bar area.

Neal Maxwell, founder and sales director of Aztec, said: “The success of the development was due to succinct communication systems – we delivered the project collaboratively with Day Architecture and the Avenue HQ team comprising Matthew, Karl and operations director Luke Roberts.

“There was no ambiguity between any of the parties – the project was nurtured and cared for with one collective goal.”
