Fred Done adds to Birchwood holdings

BE Group, acting on behalf of Frankel Brow, a company of Betfred’s Fred Done, has purchased Millennium Business Park in Warrington for £2.1m from an unnamed private vendor. The deal represented a net initial yield of 10.8%.

Simon Roddam of BE Group said: “Through this acquisition our client has increased their ownership on the Birchwood Boulevard estate to almost 80,000 sq ft of office space.”

Roddam commented further “Millennium Business Park will be incorporated within the wider Birchwood Boulevard Business Park scheme and brand in due course, further adding to the enhanced business park environment which Frankel Brow are driving forward in Birchwood”.
