ERG joins Hurstwood at Navigation Park

Hurstwood Properties UK has signed Australian ticket machine maker ERG Transit Systems to Nautica at Navigation Park in Bolton.

ERG will occupy a 5,000 sq ft office suite at the development in North Manchester, joining Hurstwood itself after the developer relocated to the park.

"Having been based in Bolton for a number of years now, we didn't want to relocate out of the area for staffing reasons, but we wanted to improve our profile and move to a higher quality building that reflected ERG's recent growth", said Mick Halliday, operations manager of ERG.

Navigation Park fronts Waters Meeting Road, less than a mile from Bolton town centre, close to the Valley Centretainment Complex, one mile from the A666/M61 connection.

GVA Grimley and Miller Metcalfe are joint agents on the scheme.
