Eddisons February catalogue published
Auctioneer Eddisons is offering 34 lots at its first North West sale of 2014, which takes place in Manchester on 25 February.
These include a tenanted mixed use property on Prescot Road in Liverpool producing annual income of £10,938, with the potential for this to increase to around £35,000 when fully let. The guide price is £225,000 plus.
Three tenanted retail units and two vacant self contained flats in Cheetham Hill, Manchester are also available. The property in Robin Hood Street currently produces income of £23,400 a year and is guided at £175,000.
A vacant former office building within the Northern Quarter area of Manchester city centre is being offered on the instructions of the administrators at a guide price of £175,000. It could suit redevelopment, subject to planning.
Elsewhere two properties in Southport are also going under the hammer on the instructions of the Joint LPA Receivers. 16 Bank Square is a tenanted residential property producing £12,532 a year, which could increase to £27,040 when fully let. The guide price is £120,000.
Meanwhile, a former guest house on Seabank Road in Southport which is currently used as offices, occupied on a licence agreement, is guided at £115,000.
Tony Webber, director and auctioneer at Eddisons, said: "2013 was an excellent trading year in our auction rooms, where we produced over £60m of sales, with an average success rate of 81% out of the 1,016 lots offered.
"Further improvements in the economic climate means we can look forward to this year with real optimism."
The Manchester sale is due to take place at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park on 25 February, starting at 12:30pm.
