Eddisons February auction catalogue out
The auctioneer has released the list of lots available ahead of its first North West auction of the year later this month.
Lots include a tenanted commercial property in Prescot Road in the Old Swan area of Liverpool, currently producing annual income of £33,200. The guide price is £250,000.
A freehold retail investment in the centre off Barrow generating £68,500 annually is for sale for £240,000.
Elsewhere, a vacant former public house in Oldham with planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of five houses has a guide of £200,000.
On Twist Lane in Leigh, the former Hilton Arms public house which offers potential for conversion, subject to consents, is available at a guide price of £65,000 to £75,000.
Residential stock includes a tenanted apartment at Bryers Court in Warrington, producing £7,560 in rent each year. The guide is £75,000, a potential return of over 10%. In Burnley a vacant two bedroom terrace is guided at £20,000.
James Worthington, associate director of the Eddisons auction department said: "Our first catalogue of the year offers a wide range of buying opportunities for investors, developers and owner occupiers.
"For vendors, the auction room has consistently proved to be a primary route for the quick disposal for a variety of assets and is a trend which is set to continue."
The auction takes place on 24 February at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester starting at 12:30pm.
