easyJet non-exec joins Intu

Trafford Centre owner Intu Properties has appointed Adèle Anderson to its board as a non-executive director and member of the audit committee with immediate effect.
Anderson is a non-executive director of easyJet and a member of the easyJet audit committee. She is a member of the board of trustees of both Save the Children UK and Save the Children International and chairs the audit committee of Save the Children International. She was formerly a partner at KPMG, where she held a number of senior roles including chief financial officer.
As at the date of her appointment, Anderson did not have a shareholding in Intu.
