Easter Park unit sold for £1.37m

Easter Developments has sold unit one at Easter Park in Haydock to Helmsley Securities for £1.37m.

Easter Park, located at Haydock Industrial Estate, was completed last December and offers six prime industrial units between 6,750 and 22,500 sq ft.

Robin Jones, a surveyor at CB Richard Ellis, Easter Developments' advises, said: "The unit has already been let to Corus Steel on a ten-year lease illustrating that the Easter Developments product is attractive to both occupiers and investors, and that despite a slower market there is still a healthy demand for quality warehouse facilities in good locations.

"Haydock is a prime location for industrial warehouse occupiers with several major companies including Sainsbury's and Costco already in the area."

Four units at Easter Park are still available either for sale or to let.
