DTZ’s Barton promoted to director

Property adviser DTZ has made a number of promotions at its Manchester office.

Craig Barton, who joined the team 11 years ago, has been made director after conducting a wide range of investment instructions including Miller Developments' £29.5m acquisition of Swinton Shopping Centre, a £27m retail disposal in Blackpool, and advising Goodman on a number of acquisitions, including the £7.5m Madford Retail Park in Carlisle.

Claire Parry, James Lockwood, Simon Lowe, and Alex Smylie have also been promoted within the Manchester team to senior surveyor level.
