DTZ strengthens office agency team

Simon RoddamSimon Roddam has joined the office agency team at DTZ in Manchester from BE Group in Warrington as surveyor.

Roddam spent six years at BE Group and will help the office agency team on disposals and acquisitions for clients including Bruntwood, Urban Splash, CDP and Orbit Developments.

Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ, said: "Simon is a great addition to our team and comes to us with a solid agency background. He will provide our clients with an excellent level of service and work ethic, ideal for current market conditions."
