DTZ completes Salford industrial sale

Rexel (UK) has sold a 17,100 sq ft warehouse in Liverpool Street, Salford to Arrowe Engineering for £600,000.

The premises were previously used as a trade warehouse by Parker Merchanting prior to relocation to new premises at Centenary Park, Trafford Park.
