DSA completes two test centre acquisitions

The Driving Standards Agency has acquired two sites for multi purpose test centres in Blackburn and Wigan.
A 6,000 sq ft building on 2.5 acres at Blackburn Interchange off the M65 was taken on a 40-year lease from Pendle Bracken Developments.
The second acquisition is of Atherton MPTC & LGV Testing Centre in Gibfield Park, Atherton, Wigan, acquired from Rok Developments. The 8,000 sq ft premises, again on a 2.5-acre site, was also let on a 40-year lease.
