Dixon Webb promotes two
Property consultants Dixon Webb LLP has promoted Tracy Russell and Richard Peters to associates.
Russell began her career with Dixon Webb in 1995, first working in the Whitehaven office then moving to the rating department in 2001. For the past six years she has been responsible for the daily management of the rating portfolio for Manchester Airport Group, including Manchester, East Midlands, Bournemouth and Humberside airports.
In addition to airports, Russell advises on licensed, industrial and commercial sectors focusing not only on appeals but also budget forecasting and rates management.
Peters joined Dixon Webb in September 2004. Following a degree in mathematics and management from Liverpool University, he subsequently obtained an MSc in commercial property management from Liverpool John Moores University and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2008.
At Dixon Webb, he has acted for a range of clients covering a number of disciplines, including valuation, landlord and tenant, agency, development consultation and CPO instructions. He now specialises in agency, letting and selling commercial premises throughout Merseyside.
Peters' clients include Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, Wirral Council, St Helens Council and Hobs Reprographics.
