Head of PM and Lettings

A market leading letting agent in south Liverpool has a fabulous opportunity for ‘Head of Lettings and Property Management’. We are looking for a lettings and PM superstar to lead and manage the team, taking ultimate responsibility the entire managed portfolio, a mixture of student and professional lets, located across the Liverpool region.

You will oversee all management of the lettings and PM team, develop the lettings portfolio and ensure that the property management function runs smoothly. You will manage, motivate and develop the team, whilst being the ’face of the business’, managing internal client relationships and providing landlords with an exceptional level of service. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance, you must be fully up to speed with the fast changes in residential lettings legislation.

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially aware senior level candidate, who can maximise growth within the company. We are looking for someone to grow the managed lettings portfolio, so you must be confident in generating new business and ensuring that the team is focussed on this too.

As well as having a proven track record in both lettings and PM, you will also have a full knowledge of all property management legislation, compliance, health and safety.

Our client is offering a lucrative package of £40,000 – £50,000 basic, plus commission to £65,000 and a car allowance.
