Cushman hires from LSH and GVA

Cushman & Wakefield has made two appointments and announced a series of promotions in its Manchester office.

Colette Henshaw joins as an associate director in the business rates team, following a two-year stint at Lambert Smith Hampton, prior to which she worked for CBRE in London.

Claire Pegg has joined from GVA to work as a consultant in the planning team. She had been at GVA for three years.

Andrew Teage, the team’s head and associate director, said: “Claire’s assistance will be pivotal as we continue to grow our client base across the North West.”

There have also been three promotions announced at the Marsden Street firm. Simon Marshall, part of the investment team that recently completed the acquisition of the O2 Ritz for Alliance Property Asset Management, has been promoted to associate director.

In the student accommodation advisory team, Josephine Ford has been promoted to senior consultant while Victoria Berryman has been made a senior surveyor in the residential team.
