Acting on behalf of a private landlord, sole letting agent WHR Property Consultancy has let a 10,255 sq ft warehouse on Fairhills Industrial Estate, Irlam to Amalgamated Construction.
WHR agreed an eight-year lease at £4.39/sq ft with the national construction and engineering company as part of its continued expansion across the country.
John Barton, senior surveyor at WHR, said: "This unit is situated on the popular Fairhills Industrial Estate, close to the main Northbank Industrial Estate and forms part of an established commercial district with excellent motorway connections. The adjacent 5,000 sq ft unit is still available and interest is strong with enquiries from occupiers continuing to grow."
