Christopher Dee appoints equity partner
Simon Marshall has joined the property investment consultancy firm to work alongside Adam Wildig, Chris Jones, and Chris Bathurst in the senior position.
Marshall joins Christopher Dee from his previous role as director at CoStar, where he worked for three years.
With more than 13 years of experience in the industry, previous positions also include surveyor and associate at Savills, as well as senior surveyor and associate director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Based at Christopher Dee’s Altrincham office, Marshall will continue to work on acquisitions, disposals, and advisory across all real estate asset classes in his new position as an equity partner.
Marshall said: “Having further developed my knowledge of real estate analytics at CoStar, I am delighted to be re-joining the cut and thrust of the investment and development agency sector, and Christopher Dee is the perfect fit.
