Change at top of Savills Manchester

Savills Commercial has reshuffled its top team in Manchester with Peter Mallinder promoted to head of the Northern region and Patrick Joynson to head of Manchester.

The new roles coincide with the firm's move to Belvedere, 12 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AW on Monday 18 April 2011.

The pair take over from Howard Morgan who has successfully led the Manchester office since 2008.

Morgan will continue to lead the firm's building consultancy team in Manchester that he has built up over the last 13 years.

Savills established the Manchester office in 1996 with three people; Mark Ridley, Peter Mallinder and Patrick Joynson.

The office now employs 150 staff and is one of the largest surveying practices in the North West.

Mallinder, investment director, and Joynson, office agency director, will continue with their fee-earning roles.
