CBRE/Davies Harrison appointed for Introbuild shed

Manchester-based developer Introbuild has appointed CB Richard Ellis and Davies Harrison to market Aston Point, its 44,812 sq ft distribution facility in Runcorn.
Aston Point is a new warehouse in Whitehouse Industrial Estate, two miles from Junction 11 of the M56.
Paul Cook, associate director of industrial agency at CBRE, commented: "Aston Park is a great opportunity to lease or own a high specification distribution facility in the heart of the North West. It's location, just off the M56, means the motorway network is right on the doorstep and Runcorn is fast becoming a very desirable location for business re-locations. We expect good levels of interest in this property so early viewing is recommended."
