CBRE adds to development team
CBRE’s Manchester office has appointed Ross McDyre as a senior consultant within its planning and development team. McDyre is relocating back from Canada.
McDyre joined CBRE from Altus Group Realty Tax Consulting in Vancouver, where he worked as a managing consultant undertaking annual valuations of a broad portfolio of commercial properties.
In his new role at CBRE, McDyre will work development opportunities including strategic sites in Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
The appointment follows that of Fiona Flint from Savills as senior planner and a series of senior promotions. Headed up by senior director, Iain Jenkinson, the team also includes directors Chris Argent and Harry Bolton, associate director Emma Warren, senior planner Edward Harvey and graduates, Robin Jones, Elsa Dureaux, and Michael Conroy.
Iain Jenkinson, senior director for the planning and development team in Manchester, said: “Ross has relocated from Canada back to Manchester and we are looking forward to the wealth of international experience he can bring to the team. We are also very pleased to be taking on our second Cambridge University Graduate.”
He added: “I am excited to be back in the UK and joining the CBRE team in Manchester at a thriving time for the business. I am looking forward to working with new and existing clients to further promote a range of pivotal schemes planned within the North.”
