Brysdales takes 43,000 sq ft at Chorley North Business Park
Landlord Eric Wright Group has secured a major letting at Chorley North Business Park after storage product supplier Brysdales agreed a 10-year lease on a warehouse and office unit.
JLL has let 42,600 sq ft of space at the business park to Brysdales, which is relocating its Railex Filing operation to Chorley from Southport.
Railex was acquired by Brysdales in 2016.
Brysdales already owns the adjacent building and will move Railex into a refurbished unit comprising 34,600 sq ft of warehouse space and an 8,000 sq ft office.
Other occupiers at the business park include road markings and traffic safety products supplier Ennis-Flint, which leases 24,000 sq ft at the site, and rubber products supplier PAR Group.
Robert Kos, senior surveyor at JLL, said: “Chorley North is a well-established industrial scheme, which has proved popular due to its high standard of accommodation and close links to the wider North West.
“Brysdales’ newly refurbished unit at the park will serve as an excellent base for the firm to grow in the years to come.”
JLL and Robert Pinkus & Co. are joint agents at Chorley North.
