Bruntwood secures office deals in Liverpool and Manchester

Affinity Scheme Insurance has expanded its occupancy at Bruntwood's Orleans House in Liverpool from 1,150 to 2,740 sq ft.
The insurance underwriters has also expanded and set up another office in Manchester, taking 4,300 sq ft of space at Bruntwood's Portland Tower.
Bruntwood own over 90 buildings throughout Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
Andrew Butterworth, Bruntwood's director of sales, said: "Last year we helped over 50 customers move throughout our offices, both expanding and contracting their space."
