Keen to move beyond the why of carbon-conscious design and focus on the how? This London-based event will gather speakers from across the property and technology world to share practical advice on how to meet carbon targets in existing buildings.
ESG: The Retrofit Playbook will feature leaders from developers General Projects and Grosvenor, investment companies Fore Partnership and Ashby Capital, law firm Mills & Reeve, architect White Arkitekter, and PR organisation Social.
ESG: The Retrofit Playbook will be held at the Kensington Building in London on 23 February 2023 and is aimed at asset managers, developers, and advisers who are interested in learning practical lessons from real-life retrofit projects. The event is a half-day morning workshop-style practical seminar designed to give you actionable takeaways for your own projects.
Expect to explore topics such as thermal improvements, AI implementation, user experience optimisation, digital monitoring, all-electric systems, predicitve maintenance, and wellbeing innovations.
