Barker Proudlove hires from CBRE
Tom Prescott has left CBRE after three years leading the Manchester retail agency offer to join Barker Proudlove as director.
Prescott’s role will cover retail across the North of England but he will be based primarily in the Manchester office.
He will work with a variety of clients including NFU Mutual, Waypoint Asset Management, Pret a Manger, Stockport Council and NewRiver Retail.
Prior to CBRE, Prescott held positions at DTZ and Colliers International.

Barker Proudlove act as letting agents on more than 35 shopping centres, predominantly across the North of England, as well as being retained by many national retail and leisure occupiers on acquisition matters nationwide.
