Baily Garner makes Manchester move
The multidisciplinary construction consultancy has opened an office at 15 Oxford Court, its first foray into the city.
Baily Garner, which provides architecture, building and quantity surveying, project management, building services, and sustainability advice, has rented approximately 1,500 sq ft on the building’s third floor, signing a five-year lease.
The firm’s head of architecture, Dan Bridgewater, said its services will “contribute to the city’s architectural landscape”.
He added: “The opening of our Manchester office represents a significant step forward in our growth strategy. As an organisation, we are committed to delivering excellence in the fields of architecture and construction.
“We are excited to support local communities with innovative and sustainable solutions, which is pivotal to our company’s purpose to positively impact people’s lives.”
Baily Garner also has offices in London and Birmingham. The company currently employs around 250 people, with a view to grow the Northern office to 20 employees over the next few years.
Tom Cadman, associate partner at Baily Garner will move from the Birmingham office to lead a locally recruited team in Manchester.
Baily Garner has worked on projects such as Irene House, an £11m office-to-resi conversion in south London and a £34m headquarters and factory for Doncasters Precision Castings-Deritend in Droitwich.
