Avison Young promotes 11 in Manchester
Dom Picot, Ramone Johnson, and Edward Blight have all been made directors, while eight more staffers have been bumped up to associate director level.
The promotions have been made across various divisions including building and project consultancy, place, rating and technology, and real estate, facilities and infrastructure management.
Picot, Johnson, and Blight have been made directors after a combined 14 years with Avison Young. Picot joined as an AD from CBRE in the summer of 2024, Johnson was appointed as an associate in 2021 having left Turner & Townsend, while Blight arrived from Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and has worked his way up from senior surveyor.

- Roland Dahllof
- David Baldwin
In total AY has made 44 promotions to associate director and director across its Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, and Newcastle offices.
