Ashdown Phillips adds to asset services expertise

Property management company Ashdown Phillips has hired from CBRE and GVA to boost its senior team in Manchester.

Sophie Weinmann, who will be joining the team as associate director, was previously at CBRE, within the asset services team, where she was responsible for a number of clients including CBRE Global Investors, Watkin Jones and Lord Street Properties.

Tom Quinn was formerly within the property management team at GVA, and will be joining Ashdown Phillips as senior surveyor.

Both will be responsible for the client management for a mix of properties in Ashdown Phillips’ portfolio, including three shopping centres across Manchester and the East Midlands and multi-let office buildings Churchgate & Lee House and 31 Booth Street, both in central Manchester. They will be predominantly working with Ashdown Phillips’ key retained clients, Ellandi, Clearbell and Helical.
