Anvic buys serviced offices from receiver
Anvic Developments has acquired The Works serviced office centre on the outskirts of Manchester city centre from LPA receivers Eddisons for an undisclosed sum.
The 21,000 sq ft complex will become Anvic's fourth serviced office building in Manchester and Burnley.
Anvic will retain all of The Works' existing tenants and rename the building City View House.
Agents DJ and Dawson Associates acquired the building on Anci's behalf. Adam Robson, senior surveyor at DJ, said: "Investment activity in Manchester has begun to gather pace in recent weeks, as businesses have moved to take advantage of improving yields and attractive prices.
"Part let with existing tenants and built in just 2002, The Works/City View is exactly the kind of investment opportunity that is helping attract buyers back to the market."
