Agents appointed for Century House
Wilmslow-based developer Dean Property Group, has appointed Keppie Massie and Mason Owen as joint letting agents for its Century House office building in St Helens.
The agents replace DTZ, who had previously represented the firm in securing tenants for the 45,661 sq ft refurbished Hardshaw Street property.
A spokesman for the group, which has spent £1m refurbishing the premises, said: "We came to the conclusion that the property would be better serviced from Liverpool rather than Manchester. We did a bit of a beauty parade of agents in Liverpool and decided that Keppie Massie and Mason Owen were the best agents for the job."
Current tenants include Canter Levin & Berg Solicitors, which has taken 8,931 sq ft on the ground floor on a 10-year lease, and Riverside Housing Association, which has taken a further 3,457 sq ft, also on the ground floor, on a 15-year lease.
