The 19th edition of the North West Regional Construction Awards took place last Thursday and was attended by 350 industry professionals.

The ceremony was hosted by journalist Lucy Meacock and held in partnership with Constructing Excellence, and the University of Salford, where Meacock is chancellor.

A&B Engineering was the headline sponsor of the event, which was organised by Clear.

Place North West, Tilbury Douglas, Morgan Sindall, Hays Recruitment, North West Construction Hub, Fresh Start Waste Services, Innovation Fire and Engineering and Relentless also supported the event.

Peter McDermott, head judge and professor of construction procurement at the University of Salford, said: “We offer congratulations to all of those shortlisted in 2025 as the standard was so high, this was a huge achievement.

“Very well done to all our winners and highly commended – and good luck to the projects and businesses who will now be put forward to the national Constructing Excellence Awards taking place in London in November 2025.”
