St Modwen signs LMH at Stonebridge

Housing association Liverpool Mutual Homes has agreed a lease on a 16,000 sq ft industrial unit at the 30-acre Stonebridge Park on the East Lancs Road in Liverpool.

The unit taken by LMH is part of a 57,500 sq ft industrial phase at Stonebridge partly funded by the North West Development Agency. In an earlier deal, a 16,000 sq ft warehouse unit was sold to Croxteth-based training provider Neighbourhood Services Company for in excess of £1m.

There are two remains units each of 13,000 sq ft available through join agents King Sturge and Matthews & Goodman.

Michael Hosie, development manager at St Modwen, said: "We are offering occupiers extremely attractive deals at the moment and are delighted to welcome LMH to the site."

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
