Medical reporter signs with Jolivet
Speedy Medical has leased the 7,677 sq ft top floor office suite at No1 Tithebarn in Liverpool city centre from Guernsey-based landlord Jolivet Group.
The 115,000 sq ft eight-storey office building above Moorfields Station is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme to offer a variety of suites. Speedy Medical signed a three-year lease at the asking rent.
Simon Storer, director of Jolivet Group, said: “No1 Tithebarn occupies one of the best locations within the city centre, in the heart of Liverpool’s central business district and with direct rail access from Moorfields Station. The building has an impressive double height entrance, offering the first impression that occupiers’ so often seek. We are already handling interest in the remaining space. We are delighted to welcome Speedy Medical to our tenant mix at No1 Tithebarn and look forward to welcoming additional occupiers in due course.”
