Wrenman tables plans for next 90 Lancaster homes
A 12.6-acre site off Powder House Lane in Torrisholme is latest scheme to come forward from the strategic land outfit.
The 90-home project would be constructed on land to the east of another Wrenman Strategic Land project, where the firm is awaiting consent for 130 homes. Both projects would be located north of the Bay Gateway and east of the West Coast Mainline.
Further north in Bolton-le-Sands, Wrenman is progressing plans for another 260 homes.
Wrenman’s latest plans have been submitted in outline and would feature 30% affordable provision.
Work could start by March 2027, subject to planning approval, and it is likely that the site will ultimately be sold to a PLC housebuilder, according to planning documents.
Stantec and Lane Town Planning are advising on planning matters. Curtins, Ep3, Yewtree, Redmore Environmental, Border Archeology, CSA, Envirotech, and EPS Group make up the project team.
