Woodall promoted to director at Edwards

Office agent Oliver Woodall has become the Manchester-based property consultancy’s seventh director.

Woodall joined Edwards Property Consultants, then Edwards & Co, as a surveyor from Avison Young in 2018.

Since then he has risen up the ranks and was appointed associate director in 2021. Five years on, he joins Andrew Timms, Dan Crossley, Richard Dinsdale, Ed Keany and fellow Olivers Rowe and Thomas as directors.

During his time at Edwards, Woodall has advised clients including Bruntwood, Orbit Developments, Tandem Investments, and Catella APAM on leasing.

In recent months he has acted for Tandem on taking STOK in Stockport town centre to 97% let.

Andrew Timms, director at Edwards, said: “Oliver’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and recognises the significant contribution he has made since joining the business.

“He has built strong, long-standing relationships with clients and is highly regarded across the market for his commercial approach and professionalism.”

He added: “As an independent practice, Edwards has continued to grow by offering clients joined up advice across our office, investment and building consultancy teams. That collaborative approach is a real strength of the business, and Oliver has been instrumental in delivering it.”

Woodall said: “Edwards has always been a business that places great importance on long term relationships, both with clients and colleagues.

“Being part of a specialist independent practice means we can offer a genuinely personal service while drawing on the expertise of the wider team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.”
