Real estate firm OBI Property has produced a series of short videos to keep us connected during lockdown. In particular, the firm aims to share knowledge and discuss the impact Covid-19 is having on businesses, both personally and professionally.

In this episode of ‘Proper Tea’, OBI’s founding director Will Lewis caught up with Manchester City Council’s outgoing strategic development director, Eddie Smith to discuss his thoughts on the national response to the health crisis and reflect on his career with the city council.

Over the past two decades, Smith has overseen some of Manchester’s greatest regeneration projects, and will step down from his role at the end of this month.
